Please refrain from wearing excessively
baggy or loose clothing. (This is meant to prevent your
clothing from becoming caught in machinery, or catching

Hands should be thoroughly washed before
working with food. |

Hands should be re-washed after: going
from one food to another, handling trash, after using
the bathroom, after eating, drinking, or smoking. |

Gloves should be worn at all times while
working with food, clean or dirty dishes and utensils,
trash, or incoming deliveries. |

Gloves should be changed each and every
time you wash hands (See #2) |
